I joined the organisation in 2016 as a Finance Manager, bringing robust financial acumen and a methodical approach to my role. Early in my tenure, I immersed myself in the broader business, allowing me to grasp its operations quickly. My commitment and determination earned me promotions to Finance Director (FD) and subsequently to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

I am genuinely passionate about transparency and effective organisation. My leadership style cultivates trust and alignment among my team. The well-being of my colleagues is a top priority, and I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering environment where everyone can excel, resulting in our customers feeling valued and cared for.

As COO/Managing Director (MD) over the past 14 months, I have successfully driven consistent improvement. During this time, I led initiatives while streamlining operations. My financial background equips me with a structured approach, allowing me to balance detailed planning with ambitious strategic decision-making. I understand the significance of engaging in conversations that resonate with non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they feel informed and valued.

I combine a results-driven focus with a deep commitment to the people who make those results achievable, instilling confidence in my ability to achieve goals. With over 20 years of diverse experience in the IT industry, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside a field that never stops evolving. My journey from Sales Support and Technical Services to my current role as Head of Sales for Wicresoft has given me deep insights into the challenges and opportunities that shape modern businesses.

Technology is not just a career for me; it’s a passion that fuels my professional journey. Whether it’s the latest gadgets, on-premise infrastructure, cloud innovations, or cutting-edge security solutions, I am deeply invested in exploring how these tools can transform organisations. With my extensive experience and proven track record, I specialise in guiding businesses to modernise and optimise their processes for growth and efficiency.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated family man who cherishes every moment with my wife and daughter. I am also a football enthusiast and a gamer who still finds time to play a good computer game. This balance of professional expertise and personal enthusiasm fuels my drive to deliver impactful solutions for my clients.

I began my professional journey as a Royal Signals Communications Systems Engineer in the British Army. For over 13 years, I provided communications and infrastructure support for various operations and exercises worldwide. This experience prepared me for a successful transition to Wicresoft as a third-line Engineer. My ability to manage complex environments has been invaluable in addressing challenging situations within my current role. I have now been a part of this team for over six years, and my previous experiences have significantly contributed to my development into the role of Solutions Architect.

With a strong foundation in IT and a passion for building relationships, I thrive as an IT Business Relations and Account Management professional. My friendly and energetic approach fosters trust and engagement with clients, enabling me to deliver tailored customer solutions that align with their unique needs and goals. With a sales-focused mindset and technical expertise, I excel at identifying opportunities that drive value, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. By combining my IT background with a deep understanding of client priorities, I consistently create meaningful connections and deliver outstanding results that contribute to mutual success.

With a strong IT and data management base, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a Relationship and Data Management professional. With 12 years of unwavering dedication, I am the backbone of Wicresoft’s Finance and Operations administration. Renowned for my organisational prowess and attention to detail, I ensure every aspect of the business runs like clockwork, keeping things shipshape and driving efficiency across the board.
